Description
n this course you will learn how to create a sales order with a fictive customer. The purpose of this is that a fictive customer can be used when the sales staff, for example, have to check the price of an order without first looking the customer’s account number up. The customer order can be saved, but will remain incomplete until a customer account number is entered on the customer order. This function is especially practical in businesses which receive orders by phone. The course covers the following stages: creation of sales orders with a fictive customer, altering sales orders associated with existing customers as well as delivery and billing the sales order.
